If you access or use the Platform on behalf of a Venue or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity, and references to “you” in these terms include that entity.

You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information when registering and keep it updated. You have no ownership interest in your account; all rights in the account belong to Menuverse LLC. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify Menuverse LLC promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.
Menuverse LLC may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false, outdated, or misleading information, or that have been previously removed or banned from the Platform.

Definitions & Brand Notice
“Business Operator,” “Operator,” or “Owner” means the person or entity that owns, manages, or administers a Venue using Menuverse LLC services. “Guest,” “Diner,” or “User” means any person who accesses, views, browses, interacts with, or orders from a Menuverse LLC powered menu experience.
References to Venues include restaurants, cafes, bars, hotels, resorts, spas, pools, room service, catering businesses, pop-ups, lounges, tasting rooms, and similar hospitality venues.
Menuverse LLC and www.menuverse.live are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any other company, website, application, social media account, or business using a similar name unless that channel is linked directly from www.menuverse.live or confirmed by Menuverse LLC in writing.
Community & Trust Guidelines
By using the Platform, you also agree to abide by our Community Guidelines and Communication Standards set forth in the Trust & Safety section. Trust & Safety describes our content standards, reporting process, fraud-prevention measures, payment protections, and brand-safety practices. Any violation of those standards may constitute a breach of these binding Terms.
Business Operator responsibility for uploaded media, generated menu items, community conduct, and commercial use is also described in Business Operator Responsibility, Content Rights & Platform License, and Trust & Safety.
Platform Scope
Menuverse LLC operates a digital hospitality platform offering media, menu, account, billing, and fulfillment services for Venue Operators.
Legal Disclosure & Proprietary Technology Notice
Menuverse LLC owns its software, processing methods, configurations, and related platform technology; unauthorized reverse engineering, scraping, automated extraction, or reproduction is prohibited.
Acceptable Use
As a condition of use, you agree not to, and not to permit any third party to:
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data from the Platform, except as expressly permitted.
- Frame or embed the Platform to imply an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist.
- Impersonate any person, Venue, or representative of Menuverse LLC.
- Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Platform, or introduce viruses, worms, or other harmful code.
- Attempt to defeat or bypass security features, content filters, safety systems, or moderation controls, including through prompt injection, jailbreaking, or similar techniques.
- Use outputs to train, fine-tune, or develop artificial intelligence or machine-learning models that compete with the Platform.
- Misrepresent AI-generated or AI-enhanced content as fully human-created where disclosure is required by law.
Platform Usage & Content Accuracy
Partner Venues are solely responsible for confirming prices, descriptions, allergen indicators, item availability, and dynamic menu details before publishing them to Guests.
- Menuverse LLC provides tools for displaying Venue content, but Business Operators control what is published.
- Business Operators must comply with applicable food safety, allergen, pricing, tax, and hospitality regulations.
- Menuverse LLC may assist with AI-assisted extraction, but AI-assisted output must be reviewed before Guest-facing use.
Real Dish Media Requirement
Business Operators must upload real photos or videos of menu items they actually prepare and offer. Menuverse LLC is not intended to create fictitious food, substitute ingredients, exaggerate portions, or misrepresent what a Guest should reasonably expect to receive.
- Uploaded source media should accurately represent the dish, beverage, serving vessel, and portion style.
- Business Operators may not use Menuverse LLC to publish menu media for items they do not serve.
- Business Operators are responsible for reviewing Glow-Up outputs before publishing them to Guest-facing menus.
Likeness & Publicity Rights
If your submitted media includes the name, image, likeness, or voice of any person, including staff, chefs, performers, or guests, you represent that you have obtained all rights, releases, and consents required to use that material on the Platform and in generated outputs.
Menuverse LLC does not clear, verify, or obtain third-party rights in your submissions, and you remain solely responsible for any publicity, privacy, or likeness claims arising from your content.
AI-Assisted Stylized Media Disclosure
Menuverse LLC may use automated and AI-assisted tools to transform Venue-provided media into stylized digital menu assets. These assets are not unedited live depictions or guarantees of exact presentation.
Venues may display footer or menu copy such as: “Dish media may be enhanced by AI-assisted processing from real venue-provided photos. Ingredients, allergens, prices, and availability are maintained by the venue.”
AI Outputs & Disclosure
Outputs are generated from content you submit and may not be unique; other Operators may receive similar or identical results. Menuverse LLC does not guarantee the originality, exclusivity, or uniqueness of any output.
Where applicable law requires, you must disclose that content is AI-generated or AI-enhanced. You must not represent automated output as fully human-created, and must keep all provenance markings and watermarks applied by Menuverse LLC intact.
Dietary & Nutritional Disclaimer
Dietary, nutrition, allergen, and translation information is entered and reviewed by the venue for convenience and is not medical, health, or allergy-safety advice.
Guests with allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical needs should confirm details directly with staff at the Venue. Business Operators remain responsible for all final published information.
Content Rights & Platform License
Business Operators retain all rights they hold in the original photos, videos, menu copy, logos, names, and other source media or brand materials they submit to the Platform. Menuverse LLC does not claim ownership of that Operator content or of Operator-specific generated outputs, subject to Menuverse LLC's rights in its Platform technology and to applicable third-party rights and law.
To the extent Menuverse LLC owns or controls the rights needed to grant this license, Menuverse LLC grants the Business Operator a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use outputs generated for that location during a paid subscription period commercially. This license survives cancellation and covers the venue's menus, website, organic social media, and paid advertising.
Trial and free-preview outputs are licensed for evaluation only until that venue activates a paid plan. After paid activation, the commercial license above also covers that venue's qualifying trial preview.
- Business Operators represent that they have the rights needed to upload and use their submitted content.
- Business Operators must not upload third-party copyrighted material without permission.
- Business Operators remain responsible for truthfulness, reviewing outputs before publication, and ensuring that their use respects applicable law and third-party rights.
- The commercial license is non-exclusive. Menuverse LLC does not guarantee that any AI-assisted output is copyrightable, eligible for intellectual-property protection, or unique.
- Menuverse LLC's license to submitted and generated content is limited to operating, securing, supporting, and improving the requested service and meeting legal or compliance duties.
- Menuverse LLC may not use an Operator's name, logo, source media, generated output, quote, or testimonial in Menuverse advertising or marketing without separate, explicit promotional or publicity consent.
- Account creation, a subscription, feedback, referral activity, website-interest answers, or permission to contact an Operator about a testimonial do not provide publication consent. Nothing publishes automatically.
- A visible Menuverse AI watermark must remain in every generated video whenever it is used, downloaded, distributed, displayed, or shared. Business Operators may not remove, crop out, cover, obscure, falsify, or tamper with that watermark. No separate caption, social tag, or written attribution is required beyond the retained in-video watermark unless applicable law requires more.
- Embedded C2PA Content Credentials, provenance manifests, authenticity metadata, safety marks, and legally required disclosures must also remain intact and must not be stripped, falsified, or tampered with.
Cancellation may end access to the Platform, hosting, storage, generation, and support. It does not revoke the commercial-use license for qualifying outputs already generated during a paid subscription period. Menuverse LLC does not promise indefinite hosting or storage, so Business Operators should retain their own copies of outputs they wish to keep.
Content Storage & Data Loss
Menuverse LLC has no obligation to store submitted or generated content indefinitely and is not liable for deletion, failure to store, or loss of content, except as described in the Privacy Policy data retention terms. You should retain your own copies of any media or outputs you wish to keep.
Copyright & Intellectual Property Takedown
Menuverse LLC respects intellectual property rights and will respond to valid notices of claimed infringement. To submit a notice, contact info@menuverse.live with the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the work you claim has been infringed.
- The location of the material you claim is infringing.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights owner.
Menuverse LLC may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers. If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may submit a written counter-notice, and Menuverse LLC will restore the material where permitted by law.
Platform Licenses & Location Limits
Each Menuverse LLC subscription, account license, Tap Kit, public menu destination, and owner dashboard activation is authorized for one physical Venue location only, unless Menuverse LLC confirms a different written enterprise arrangement.
- A subscription may not be shared across multiple venues, franchise units, locations, addresses, brands, pop-ups, or operating venues.
- Businesses with multiple physical locations must maintain a separate subscription for each location or obtain a written enterprise subscription arrangement.
- Plans include reasonable usage based on the contracted property size and experience footprint. High-volume media delivery, extraordinary traffic, custom processing, or materially expanded content capacity may require an adjusted plan.
- Properties with multiple guest-facing zones at a single address — including restaurants, bars, pools, spas, and room service — require a license for each active zone. Contact info@menuverse.live for multi-zone pricing.
- Franchise groups, multi-unit operators, hospitality groups, and businesses seeking centralized or enterprise activation should contact info@menuverse.live for further information.
- Menuverse LLC may restrict, suspend, or require license correction when a subscription is used for an unauthorized additional location.
Subscription, Tier Billing & Activation Fees
Menuverse LLC subscriptions are non-refundable. Upgrades begin immediately with a new paid period. Downgrades and annual-to-monthly changes are scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period.
- The one-time $99 activation fee covers initial setup and the Menuverse Tap Kit.
- Each subscription applies to one Venue location and address only, except as provided under multi-zone or enterprise arrangements below.
- Businesses with multiple locations or addresses must maintain a separate subscription for each location or obtain a written multi-zone or enterprise arrangement.
- Menu item storage limits describe account capacity and do not determine how many videos can be generated each month.
- Extra Glow-Up refills and additional Tap Kit configurations or replacements may be billed separately when selected.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Member since dates remain intact even when plan tier or billing interval changes.
- Volume and enterprise pricing for multi-zone properties, groups, and hospitality operators is available upon request. Contact info@menuverse.live.
Tap Kit Fulfillment
- Business Operators must provide an accurate venue and shipping address before Tap Kit configuration or fulfillment.
- Tap Kit contents are sized during activation according to the venue configuration confirmed with the Business Operator.
- Each Tap Kit is configured for the approved venue and delivered ready for intended use.
- Shipping estimates, carrier events, and delivery statuses depend on third-party fulfillment partners.
- Menuverse LLC may display Tap Kit status, tracking links, and delivery progress when available from fulfillment providers.
Founding Partner Program — 30-Day Guarantee & Menu Experience Credit
1. Founding Partner Activation
The Menuverse Founding Partner Program is a limited launch program intended for qualified hospitality venues participating in the initial Menuverse launch cohort. Founding Partner subscriptions are purchased on an annual basis and are paid in full at activation.
Participation in the Founding Partner Program includes access to the Menuverse platform, the applicable Founding Partner benefits, and the Menuverse Tap Kit associated with the selected package.
2. 30-Day Founding Partner Guarantee
The thirty (30) day evaluation period begins on the date Menuverse activates the Founding Partner's account and the Founding Partner experience is first made available for use in the venue (the "Activation Date"). Founding Partners may evaluate Menuverse in their operating venue for thirty (30) calendar days from the Activation Date.
If the Founding Partner determines that Menuverse is not the right fit for its venue during this initial thirty-day period, the Founding Partner may request cancellation and a refund of the eligible subscription payment. For purposes of this guarantee, the "eligible subscription payment" means the annual prepaid subscription amount actually paid for the Founding Partner plan only.
The 30-day guarantee applies to the Menuverse subscription only. It does not apply to the Tap Kit activation, hardware, shipping, fulfillment, or other separately identified physical-product charges, nor to any Menu Experience Credits or other add-on services. Upon an eligible cancellation, Menuverse will terminate the applicable subscription and process the qualifying subscription refund in accordance with the applicable payment processor's procedures.
3. Tap Kit and Physical Hardware
The one-time $99 Tap Kit activation charge covers the preparation, provisioning, customization, fulfillment, and physical hardware associated with the Menuverse Tap Kit. The Tap Kit activation charge is non-refundable once the Tap Kit has been prepared or fulfilled.
If a Founding Partner exercises the 30-Day Founding Partner Guarantee, the Founding Partner may retain the physical Tap Kit. Continued use of Menuverse software, hosted content, analytics, streaming, and other subscription-based services after cancellation is not included unless separately authorized by Menuverse.
4. Included Menu Experience Credit
Founding Partners receive a $99 Menu Experience Credit as part of their initial Founding Partner activation. The Menu Experience Credit is intended to support the creation and deployment of the Founding Partner's initial Menuverse menu experiences during onboarding. Menuverse determines, in its reasonable discretion, how the included credit is allocated across eligible menu video and content-production services in order to create an effective initial experience for the participating venue.
The Menu Experience Credit:
- has no cash value;
- is not transferable;
- is not redeemable for cash;
- cannot be exchanged for a subscription refund;
- cannot be applied toward the Tap Kit or other physical hardware;
- is intended for the Founding Partner's initial activation and onboarding; and
- does not constitute a guarantee of any specific number of videos, menu items, renders, or other individual content assets unless expressly stated in the Founding Partner's order or activation documentation.
Menuverse may determine the appropriate quantity, format, sequence, and allocation of initial menu experiences based on the venue's menu, available source materials, technical requirements, and the intended customer experience.
5. Content Production During the Evaluation Period
Menuverse may progressively create, configure, publish, or deploy menu experiences during the Founding Partner's onboarding and evaluation period. This approach is intended to allow Menuverse to prioritize the venue's most important menu items and create a meaningful initial experience rather than producing content solely according to a fixed quantity.
The Founding Partner's included Menu Experience Credit represents the maximum included production value associated with the initial activation unless additional services or credits are purchased separately. Additional content or production services beyond the included allocation may be available for purchase at Menuverse's then-current rates.
6. Subscription and Hosted Content Following Cancellation
Menuverse subscription services include access to hosted software, content delivery, streaming infrastructure, analytics, and other platform functionality. If the subscription is cancelled and the subscription payment is refunded under the 30-Day Founding Partner Guarantee, access to subscription-based Menuverse services will end following cancellation.
Menuverse-hosted menu experiences may cease to play through Menuverse Tap Kits following termination of the subscription because the Tap Kit relies on Menuverse's hosted platform and services for content delivery. The physical Tap Kit remains the property of the Founding Partner, subject to the applicable hardware terms.
7. No Guaranteed Business Result
The Founding Partner Program and 30-Day Guarantee are intended to allow a venue to evaluate the Menuverse product experience. Menuverse does not guarantee any specific increase in sales, order volume, average order value, customer engagement, conversion rate, revenue, or other business outcome.
8. Program Eligibility and Abuse
The Founding Partner Program is intended for legitimate hospitality venues participating in the Menuverse launch. Menuverse reserves the right to decline or terminate participation where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of the guarantee, unauthorized use of the platform, intentional misuse of content-generation resources, or violation of the Menuverse Terms of Service. Any such action will be handled in accordance with the applicable Terms of Service and applicable law.
9. Program Changes
The Founding Partner Program, including its pricing, included credits, benefits, and guarantee, is a limited launch offering. Menuverse reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Founding Partner Program for future customers. Any material change to an already-activated Founding Partner's contractual benefits will be handled in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.
Third-Party Services
Menuverse LLC may rely on service providers for payment processing, AI-assisted features, physical fulfillment, communications, analytics, and related operational support. Menuverse LLC is not responsible for third-party outages, policies, or fulfillment delays outside its control.
To provide AI-assisted features, Menuverse LLC may disclose submitted content and related venue information to service providers that process data on its behalf, subject to applicable agreements and law. Menuverse LLC does not use venue content to train its own models. AI-assisted features are delivered through third-party AI model providers that process submitted media and related venue information under their own policies, which may include using those inputs to improve their models.
No Venue Endorsement
Menuverse LLC does not endorse, certify, or represent the food quality, beverage quality, sanitary conditions, business practices, regulatory compliance, or service quality of Venues using the Platform.
No Warranty
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Menuverse LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, instant synchronization, error-free uploads, or perfect AI-assisted outputs.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Menuverse LLC shall not be liable for damages including:
- Lost venue revenue, business opportunities, or operational interruption.
- Incorrect menu data, pricing, allergen information, or dietary labels caused by user input or unreviewed AI-assisted output.
- Temporary platform downtime or third-party service failures.
- Data loss resulting from account misuse, compromised credentials, or unauthorized access.
Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Menuverse LLC's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Platform will not exceed the greater of (i) the amounts you paid to Menuverse LLC in the six months before the claim arose, or (ii) one hundred dollars ($100). This cap does not apply where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnity
By using the Website or Platform, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Menuverse LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of misuse of the Platform, violation of hospitality regulations, inaccurate published content, or breach of these terms.
Force Majeure & Third-Party Infrastructure
Menuverse LLC is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, network or internet outages, cyber attacks, labor disruptions, and the failure or unavailability of third-party AI models, cloud providers, payment processors, or fulfillment partners.
Output quality, generation speed, and delivery may vary based on third-party infrastructure, and any estimated timelines are indicative only and not guaranteed.
Content Removal, Suspension & Termination
Menuverse LLC may remove content, suspend features, restrict account access, or terminate accounts when a Business Operator, team member, user, or Guest violates these Terms, the Trust & Safety standards, payment or fraud-prevention rules, content rights requirements, community standards, brand protection rules, or applicable law.
Ending Platform access, hosting, storage, generation, or support does not revoke the surviving commercial-use license described in Content Rights & Platform License for qualifying outputs already generated during a paid subscription period.
Removal Compliance
If Menuverse LLC notifies you that any content or output violates these terms or a third party's rights and must be removed or disabled, you will promptly stop using and distributing it, delete it from systems you control, and not regenerate substantially the same output. This obligation supplements Menuverse LLC's right to moderate or remove content under these terms and Trust & Safety.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Menuverse LLC is a Florida Limited Liability Company. This Legal Center is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami, Florida.
Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
You and Menuverse LLC agree to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except for small-claims actions and claims for injunctive relief concerning intellectual property rights.
You and Menuverse LLC each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class, collective, or representative action. Before commencing arbitration, the parties agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution. Arbitration will be administered under the then-current rules of the American Arbitration Association and will take place in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
You may opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to info@menuverse.live within thirty (30) days of first accepting these terms.

- These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms, are the entire agreement between you and Menuverse LLC.
- If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
